Getting Started

The best way to get started for your study abroad experience is to begin early preparations. Visit with Dr. Raymond Barclay, Program Director, Global Studies Program, in 425 Hotz Hall, and discuss your specific interests and the semester or summer you would like to participate. Dr. Barclay will review study and internship options and the many types of international progarams in various countries.

Bumpers College students have participated in semester study and summer internships in 18 countries, including Australia, Belgium, England, Costa Rica, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Scotland, Spain, and Switzerland. Faculty have conducted specialty study tours in horticulture, interior design and apparel studies to England, France, Scotland and Spain.
